Common pricing questions

Who pays for the Facebook ad spend — TopKnock or me?+

You pay Facebook directly. Your credit card goes on your Meta ad account; Meta charges you for ad spend as your campaigns run. TopKnock never touches your ad budget — we only bill the monthly subscription through Stripe.

What does the 3% overage on Growth + Pro mean?+

If your monthly Meta ad spend exceeds the tier ceiling (Growth $5k/mo, Pro $15k/mo), we add 3% of the spend ABOVE that ceiling, capped at $1,500/mo total overage. Most contractors never hit it. It exists so we can keep base pricing predictable while scaling fairly for high-spend customers.

Can I cancel any time?+

Yes — no contracts, no cancellation fees. Cancel from your account settings or email support. Your territory opens back up for other contractors after you cancel.

What if I'm a multi-location operator or franchise?+

We have a dedicated Multi-location / Enterprise tier — talk to us. Custom MSA, NET-30 invoicing, dedicated CSM, per-location reporting + roll-up. Email enterprise@topknock.ai or use the Check territory flow and we'll route you to the right conversation.

Annual or monthly billing — what's the difference?+

Annual saves 20% off the monthly price. Otherwise identical. You can switch from monthly to annual any time inside your settings — we prorate the unused portion automatically.
