What we promise
In your first 30 days running TopKnock (counted from the day your first campaign goes live, not from signup), you'll get at least:
Sized to a $20-30/day Meta budget.
Sized to a $40-100/day Meta budget.
Sized to a $100-300/day Meta budget.
If we miss the number, we credit your second month at no charge (or refund you a prorated amount if you've already cancelled). We don't guarantee booked jobs — that's on you and your sales process. We guarantee qualified leads, which is the number we actually control.
What you have to do (5 things)
We can't deliver leads if the campaign isn't approved or isn't running. Here's the contractor side of the agreement:
- Approve at least 1 ad within the first 7 days (we can't run what you haven't approved)
- Don't pause your campaign for more than 7 cumulative days during the window
- Daily budget set at or above the tier's recommended minimum (we surface this in the wizard)
- Meta Pixel + Server Token set up (we walk you through it; takes 5 minutes)
- Submit your claim within 14 days of the 30-day window closing
What this guarantee does NOT cover
Honesty over hype. A few things are outside our control:
- ·Lead spend held back by an ad-account flag or SAC review (Meta's call, not ours)
- ·Trades on the Meta Special-Ad-Category restricted list where we can't optimize for narrow audiences
- ·Territory waitlist holds — if you choose to wait for an exclusive area, the clock pauses
- ·Manual campaign pauses by the contractor that exceed the 7-day allowance
How to claim
Email support@topknock.ai with your business name and the words “guarantee claim” in the subject line. Within 2 business days we'll either credit your next month, send a partial refund, or explain in plain English why a requirement wasn't met. No agents. No tickets. Just an email back from a real person.

The small print
This guarantee applies to new TopKnock subscribers on Starter, Growth, or Pro plans signing up on or after April 29, 2026. The 30-day measurement window begins the day your first campaign transitions to ACTIVE status on Meta and ends 30 calendar days later. “Lead” means a unique inbound contact via the connected Meta ad account that we deliver to your TopKnock inbox — duplicates and obvious test submissions are excluded. Our sole obligation is the credit or prorated refund described above. The guarantee is not redeemable for cash beyond the prorated refund amount. We may modify or retire the guarantee with 30 days' notice; existing claim windows are honored under the version in effect when your subscription started.
